Conversation with Richard Dawkins - April 12, 2014
I was asked to videotape the event at the Hoyt Sherman. I had two Panasonic HVX-2000A cameras and had my actor run the static two shot camera on the main floor. I ran the panning camera on the balcony. I also went to the house party and Dawkins was a bit of an ass to me. I was initially to be paid but wasn't. Not sure if I paid my camera guy. I did have Dawkins answer my question in his book.

I Love New York 2001-2002
I drove to NYC the day after the attack, had vehicle trouble in Ohio, and drove back to Iowa. I took a bus out Thursday and arrived in NYC on Friday 9/14 to take photographs. After a short stay, I returned and began sending 364 photo post cards to random New Yorkers expressing Iowa's support for them. I received over 45 emails, cards, and letters in return. All photos with the I love NY motif were setup by me.

November 11 2009 - Veterans History Project
The Veterans History Project at the Library of Congress collects, preserves and makes accessible the firsthand recollections of U.S. military veterans who served from World War I through more recent conflicts and peacekeeping missions, so that future generations may hear directly from veterans and better understand what they saw, did and felt during their service. I video taped Frank Victory Exline who was a prisoner of the Japanese.
